Strategy

The Content System Behind Every Platform I've Built

Key Points

The quick version, for readers short on time.

  • One core idea per week, reformatted across every platform — not three different strategies.
  • Publish before it feels finished; the feed rewards frequency more than polish.
  • Every piece of content answers one real question a follower actually asked.
  • Track what people save and share, not just what they like — that's the real signal.

People assume growing three platforms to six figures each requires three separate content strategies. It doesn't. It requires one strong idea a week and the discipline to reshape it for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok without diluting it three times.

The system is boring on purpose: find the one question my audience is actually asking me, answer it honestly, publish it before I've had time to overthink the edit, then repeat. Virality was never the plan — repetition was.

What actually moved the needle was watching saves and shares, not likes. Likes are a mood. Saves mean someone plans to come back to what you said, which is the entire point of building something people trust.

None of this is secret. It's just unglamorous enough that most people skip it looking for a shortcut.
